Shipping Area
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Delays

Incorrect Address

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Hello@erzindjans.com. We will investigate the issue with the courier. Parcels are considered lost after a reasonable investigation period.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the goods remains with us until the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
